QNSET began with a shared frustration: software sold as fast that shipped slow, then only got slower.
The problem was rarely technical. It was decisions deferred.
We decide performance, security, and operability on day one. The engineers who write the code also run it in production, and we tell clients the truth before launch.

Timeline
Started in Ankara with the belief that performance should be a first-class decision, not an afterthought.
Built production systems and internal tools for early clients, with the same engineers running them in production.
Magnesium and Helion are in active development alongside our client work.
Approach
We map constraints, failure modes, and scaling ceilings before writing the first line of code.
Observability, security, and deployment are part of the definition of done.
