Newsroom

Introducing the QNSET Newsroom

One place for our statements, product releases and engineering notes, arriving together with a redesigned qnset.com.

Until now, news from QNSET was spread across emails, product pages and the occasional message to customers. If you wanted to know what changed, you had to know where to look. From today, it all lives here.

The Newsroom arrives together with a redesigned qnset.com. Every page has been rebuilt, from the homepage and our services to the privacy and cookie policies, which we rewrote in plain English.

What you'll find here

Every post is one of four kinds, and each kind has its own colour, so you can tell them apart at a glance:

  • Statements are our official position on something that affects customers, partners or the people who use our software. They are signed by the company, not by an individual.
  • Releases announce new products, new versions and new services.
  • Updates cover changes to how we work: our policies, our terms and this website.
  • Engineering posts are notes from the team on how we build things, and why.

Use the filters at the top of the Newsroom to see only one kind.

Our products

Two products will feature here often.

Magnesium is our embeddable scripting language, written from scratch in C. It is open source under the MIT license, and new versions and benchmark results will be announced here.

Helion is our AI planning assistant for iPhone. It is still in development, and its waitlist is open. When early access starts, we'll say so here as well as by email.

How we write

Every post carries the date it was published and who it comes from. We keep posts short, we say what changed and why, and we link to the page or document that has the details instead of repeating them.

Following along

Every post is also published to our RSS feed. Add it to any feed reader and new posts will come to you, with no account and no mailing list.

If you're a journalist or a partner and need a statement from us, write to contact@qnset.com.
